Responsibilities of the College. The College has the responsibility and authority to manage and direct on behalf of and is held accountable to the public for all operations and activities of the College to the full extent authorized by law. The exercise of these powers, rights, authority, duties, and responsibilities by the College and the adoption of such rules, regulations, and policies as it may deem necessary shall be exercised so as to not conflict with the terms of this Agreement.

Responsibilities of the College. 1.1 The College shall share annually, with the Foundation, its strategic plan, institutional priorities, projects, resource requirements, and other needs so that the Foundation may understand and know the needs and direction of the College, and align its programs and campaigns consistently therewith.

The COLLEGE will plan and determine the adequacy of the educational experience of the students in theoretical background, basic skill, professional ethics, attitude and behavior. COLLEGE shall assign to the HOST only those students who have satisfactorily completed the prerequisite portions of the COLLEGE’s curriculum.
Responsibilities of the College. The College will maintain a position classification system and conduct such studies as deemed appropriate to reevaluate positions. When the duties and responsibilities of a position change as a result of growth, reorganization, or other factors, the College will perform job reevaluations and reclassifications as deemed necessary.
Responsibilities of the College a.If Clinical Instructors or Instructors do not accompany Students to the Facility for Clinical Rotations, or do not participate in the clinical rotations, then any part of this agreement referring to “Clinical Instructors” or “Instructors” shall apply to Students only.
Responsibilities of the College. 1. The College or its School of Education shall do or cause to be done the following: Approval of Assignment: The College Administrator with oversight responsibility for Coordinator Exploratory Teaching Experiences (hereinafter referred to as the College Administrator) will communicate with the School through the office of the Superintendent of Schools prior to the placement of any exploratory teaching student in any classrooms in the school. The College Administrator will specify in detail the type of work in which the exploratory teaching student is to engage (internship, practicum, classroom observations, student teaching), the extent of the assignment in terms of time, and the position title of the individual or individuals of the School staff under whose guidance the work is to be done. The College will provide a staff member to coordinate the activities of all exploratory teaching students placed in the School. Students engaged in exploratory teaching experiences will be supervised and evaluated by College Administrators for Exploratory Teaching Experiences and school based educators based on the provisions outlined in the syllabus. The College will provide to the School, as a minimum, the following information about exploratory teaching students: Name, present address, phone number, email address, former work/teaching experience, and courses in major field.
