Examples of Termination Date in a sentence
The option to renew this lease pursuant to subsection A above shall be exercised by providing written notice given to Landlord not less than days prior to the Termination Date.
Vendor shall be entitled to payment for Services satisfactorily performed and accepted by Citizens through the Termination Date but shall not be entitled to charge for or recover any “wind-down” costs, cancellation charges, or damages, including lost profits or reliance damages.
Provided Tenant is not in default in the performance of this Agreement, Tenant shall have the option to renew this Agreement for an additional year term(s) commencing on the Termination Date by providing notice as described in subsection B herein.
Vendor shall provide Transition Assistance until Citizens notifies Vendor that Transition Assistance is no longer required, which shall in no event be more than one year following the Termination Date.
Effective Date: April 16, 2023 Termination Date: April 15, 2028 unless terminated early or extended in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract.
