On or as soon as reasonably practicable following the designation of an Early Termination Date, the Non-Defaulting Party shall calculate in a commercially reasonable manner the Non-Defaulting Party’s Loss and will provide to the Defaulting Party a statement showing, in reasonable detail, such calculations.
