Examples of Termination Date in a sentence
Exercise of the purchase rights represented by this Warrant may be made, in whole or in part, at any time or times on or after the Initial Exercise Date and on or before the Termination Date by delivery to the Company of a duly executed PDF copy submitted by e-mail (or e-mail attachment) of the Notice of Exercise in the form annexed hereto (the “Notice of Exercise”).
The Holder shall not be entitled to the return or refund of all, or any portion, of such pre-paid aggregate exercise price under any circumstance or for any reason whatsoever, including in the event this Warrant shall not have been exercised prior to the Termination Date.
Termination of Employment This provision replaces Paragraph 3(c) of the Agreement: In the event of a termination of Employee’s employment with the Company or any Subsidiary or affiliated companies for any reason except as otherwise provided in this Paragraph 3, Employee shall, for no consideration, forfeit all Restricted Stock Units to the extent they are not fully vested as of the Termination Date.
Consequently, upon termination of Employee’s employment for any of the above reasons, Employee may automatically lose any rights to the Restricted Stock Units that were not vested on the Employee’s Termination Date, as described in the Agreement and the Plan.
No course of dealing or any delay or failure to exercise any right hereunder on the part of Holder shall operate as a waiver of such right or otherwise prejudice the Holder’s rights, powers or remedies, notwithstanding the fact that the right to exercise this Warrant terminates on the Termination Date.
