Length of Use. A full day stage rental permits Renter to schedule and use the rented studio facilities for a ten hour period between the hours of 8:00AM and 6:00PM, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed upon. Hourly overtime charges of $150 per hour or fraction thereof will be imposed for scheduling and use of the premises before 8:00 AM and or after 5:30PM, or on Saturday or Sunday, unless otherwise agreed upon. If a Renter is late, the end time will not be changed. A half day stage rental permits Renter to schedule and use the rented studio facilities for a five hour period between the hours of 8:00Am and 6:00PM, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed upon. Renter must schedule start time in advance on the Booking Confirmation form. If Renter is late, the end time will not be changed. If the five hour time slot is exceeded, Renter will be required to pay the full day rental rate. There are no hourly rates.
Length of Use. The length of time available to any one (1) member through the Time Bank is six (6) calendar months; however, under exceptional circumstances a member on extended sick leave may apply for one (1) extension of time not to exceed three (3) calendar months if his/her physician will assure the committee that at the end of the extension of time the member will be sufficiently recovered to return to active duty.

Renter’s 10 hour day will begin according to the start time(s) originally scheduled by Renter as part of this agreement. If a Renter is late, the actual arrival time of the Renter does not change the start time, therefore, if a Renter arrives later than the scheduled start time, the Renter is late and the end time will not be changed. Renter may adjust the start times on the booking schedule by submitting changes in writing at least one day, or more than 24 hours in advance. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off and/or pick- up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiated at time of rental contract. Additional fees may apply. Early or extended hours must be agreed upon by the Company and paid for in advance before rental period begins.
Length of Use. A daily studio rental permits Renter to schedule and use the rented studio facili- ty for ten (10) continuous hours during rental term, before moving into overtime. Overtime hours are billed at double rate.
Length of Use. Hourly rental periods are reserved in 60 minute intervals. Studio clean-up and break down must be completed by the end of the rental period. The rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Rental periods are pre-arranged at the time of booking. Time includes set up and break-down. No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of rental, of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiat- ed at time of rental contract. Additional fees may apply. Early or extended hours must be worked out and paid for in advance before rental period begins. Overtime fees will be assessed at the discretion of the the Company in 30 minute intervals beyond the contracted end-time of the rental period when Renter is either still using or cleaning up the studio space, or remains on premesis for any other reason. Overtime fees will be assessed should the Renter occupy the premesis for longer than the duration agreed upon at the time of booking. In no event will additional charges be less than the hourly rate agreed upon for the contracted rental period.

Hourly overtime charges of $250 per hour or fraction thereof will be imposed for scheduling and use of the premises before 8:00 AM and or after 2:00am, unless otherwise agreed upon. If a Renter is late, the end time will not be changed. A half day stage rental permits Renter to schedule and use the rented studio facilities for a four- hour period between the hours of 8:00am – 12noon and 2:00pm - 6:00PM, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed upon. Renter must schedule start time in advance on the online reservation system at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/reserve/. If Renter is late, the end time will not be changed. If the four-hour time slot is exceeded, Renter will be required to pay the full day rental rate. There are no hourly rates.

Length of Use. GICCA reserves the right to review and modify if necessary, requests that exceed three consecutive days, in the interest of fair use. Movies, DVDs, TV Programs, or any copyrighted material shown to the public in our facility require a Public Performance License or permission from the owner of the material. See our scheduler for more information. *GICCA's 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status permits waiver of Rental Fees only for events qualifying as PUBLIC. Examples include: Educational, recreational and nonexclusive social activities open to the general public, nonpartisan voter events, candidate debates and civic engagement activities. **For-profit events, commercial venues, private parties, wedding receptions, retreats, invitation-only meetings, partisan political events specific to candidates for public office generally qualify as PRIVATE and are categorized as disallowed for free subsidized space.

Rental time includes setup and tear down so please consider that while making a reservation. No drop-off or pick-up of equipment, props, or other materials will be permitted prior-to or subsequent-to each Booking unless otherwise agreed in advance. Where the Renter exceeds its allotted time by fifteen (15) minutes or more, the Renter will be charged an overtime fee of $75 per hour or part thereof. No refunds will be given for unused rental time.
