Examples of Permitted Prior in a sentence

  • All of the foregoing is referred to in this Security Instrument as the “Property.” BORROWER COVENANTS that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to grant and convey the Property and that the Property is unencumbered, except for encumbrances of record and specifically those permitted prior encumbrances, if any, set forth in the Permitted Prior Encumbrances Rider if said rider is attached to this Security Instrument.

  • If the Lessor exercises its option to purchase the Tangible Personal Property, the price to be paid by the Lessor shall be (i) reduced by the amount of all payments due on any equipment leases or any other Permitted Prior Security Interests assumed by the Lessor and (ii) applied to the Lease Obligations before any payment to the Lessee.

  • Security interests granted by Lessee in full compliance with the provisions of this Section 6.1.2 are referred to as "Permitted Prior Security Interests".

  • Any reference herein to the Lien of the Collateral Agent being “first priority” or words of similar effect shall mean that such Lien is a first priority Lien, subject only to the prior Lien securing the Revolving Obligations to the extent set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement and any other Permitted Prior Liens.

  • Borrower's Obligations shall be secured by a Lien upon all of the Collateral, which Lien at all times shall be superior and prior to all other Liens, except Permitted Prior Liens.

  • As provided in and limited by the Security Documents, such security interests are junior in priority to Permitted Prior Liens.

  • Upon the proper filing with the appropriate Governmental Bodies of appropriate Uniform Commercial Code financing statements, the applicable Loan Instruments will create valid and perfected first Liens in the Property described therein, subject in priority only to Permitted Prior Liens.

  • As provided in and limited by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Security Documents, such Liens are junior in priority to Permitted Prior Liens.
