Confirmation Form means a written form issued by a retailer to enable the customer to provide medical confirmation to the retailer; National Energy Retail Law means the Law of that name that is applied by each participating State and Territory; relevant authority means any person or body who has the power under law to direct us, including the Australian Energy Market Operator and State or Federal Police; residential customer means a person who purchases energy principally for personal, household or domestic use at their premises; retailer means a person that is authorised to sell energy to customers; RoLR event means an event that triggers the operation of the Retailer of Last Resort scheme under the Gas Industry Act 2001.

Confirmation Form means the Hirer’s confirmation statement confirming the order details for the Contract which shall be issued separately to the Customer. Delivery Address: the Customer's premises at which the Equipment is to be located as set out in the Confirmation Form. Delivery Date: the date on which the Equipment is Delivered by the Hirer to the Delivery Address or Collected by the Customer from the Hirer’s site. The Hire Period, as set out in the Confirmation Form, shall commence on the Delivery Date, unless agreed otherwise by the Hirer.
