Rental Periods. Agent may rent accommodations either daily or for a full week. AGENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE A FULL WEEK RENTAL FOR ACCOMMODATIONS LISTED BY OWNER. The assessment paid by Owner to their Association provides for one cleaning per interval week. Rental Periods. The first Rental Period will commence on the Delivery Date and each subsequent Rental Period will commence on the date succeeding the last day of the previous Rental Period. Any changes needed to be made to the rental period the day of the booking are not guaranteed and are subject to a Studio representative’s approval. Xxxxxx’s rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time, and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Rental period includes set-up, breakdown, cleanup and pack-up. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off and/or pick-up permitted after the completion of a shoot, of equipment, props, etc., unless negotiated at the time of the rental contract; additional/ overtime fees may apply. Any fractions of an hour are billed as a whole hour; this applies too, to hourly count of packages. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in the following charges: 7 days or more: A confirmed booking that is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the booking date and time will incur no charges. All payments will be refunded in full. 7 days to 24 hours: Cancellations made from 7 days - 24 hours prior to the booking date and time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the base cost of the total studio rental. The remaining 50% of the base fee plus all prepaid equipment rental fees, cleaning and damage deposits will be refunded. If cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the booking time and date, cancellation fees may be waived by Company, at Company’s discretion, if the session is rebooked within five working days and the Company studio calendar can accommodate the new shoot date and time. Less than 24 hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the booking date and time will be charged the full fee of the base studio rental. Prepaid equipment rental fees, cleaning and damage deposits will be fully refunded. All refunds to be confirmed by the Company and will be made in the manner used for the original booking. Company reserves the right to charge a 5% processing fee for the refund of any basic rental fee due to cancellation. No chargebacks are to be done after the start of the Renter’s booking time. All filed chargebacks are to be paid at the fee equals the chargeback plus additional $100 in the processing fees. If the Company must cancel Renter’s reservation, Renter will be given, in Company’s sole discretion, either a rescheduling priority date or a full refund. Rental Periods. The Term of this Lease shall be divided into the "Rental Periods" described in Section 1.4.
Rental Periods. The first Rental Period will commence on the Delivery Date and end on the fourteenth (14th) day of the second month following the Delivery Date. The second Rental Period will commence on the fifteenth (15th) day of the second month following the Delivery Date, with each subsequent Rental Period commencing on the fifteenth (15th) day of each subsequent month for the duration of the Term. The last Rental Period shall end on the Expiry Date.
Rental Periods. No resident may make a reservation for more than one day at a time and no more than two (2) days in any one month. The Community Room may be used from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Music, or other loud noise, must cease at 10:30 p.m. If you enter before 8am or leave after 11pm, security alarm will sound. Community Room Occupancy As per fire code, the maximum occupancy for the WPC is 107 persons or 85 people seated. One adult must be present for every eight (8) persons under the age of 16 to provide adequate supervision. Please note, WPC is video monitored. Set-up prior to the event The above reservation periods include time for set-up. Residents may not begin preparation activities or allow access to the Community Room by guests or other participants of the event prior to the stated periods. Caterers, and other non-residents, are not permitted in the Community Room without the resident’s presence and Community Manger of the Audubon Association. Cleaning and furniture arrangement following the event It is the responsibility of the resident renting the Community Room to comply with the “Community Room Post-Event Procedures and Cleanup” no later than 11:00 a.m. of the morning following the event to have their $100 security deposit destroyed.
