Full Day. “Full-day” shall mean availability of a minimum of ten (10) hours of school readiness services per day, including day, night, weekend, and odd hour care.

  • School Day A. The length of the school day shall be seven (7) hours and five (5) minutes inclusive of the arrival and departure time.

  • Full-Time Nurse is a Nurse who is hired to a position on a regular or temporary basis to work the work period described in Article 7.00 of this Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employee Full-time employee" means an employee who is normally scheduled to work 80 hours in a biweekly payroll period.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

  • Full-Time Status In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall:

  • Regular Full-Time Employee Is an employee occupying a position listed in the Wage/Salary Schedule(s) attached hereto, who has successfully completed the requirements of the probationary period and who works a regular full-time work schedule.

  • Full-Time Employees All present employees enrolled in the Hospital’s pension plan shall maintain their enrolment in the plan subject to its terms and conditions. New employees and employees not yet eligible for membership in the Plan shall, as a condition of employment, enroll in the Plan when eligible in accordance with its terms and conditions. The corporation will contribute for regular full-time employees as follows:

  • Full-Time Employees in this category shall be hired pursuant to such procedures as the Employer may establish and shall be assigned to regular schedules consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour days in a service week.

  • Work Day The normal work day shall consist of eight (8) hours' work to be completed within eight and one-half (8 1/2) consecutive hours.

  • Regular Work Day CCS shall work an 8 -hour workday, inclusive of a forty- five minute duty free lunch period. All travel time is part of an 8-hour workday, except travel to and from their first and last work location each day. The practice of one attendance swipes per day shall be maintained. The work day shall normally begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m.; however, the start and end times may vary per the manager or according to the school start and end times as well as any meetings prior to or after the regular work day. It is understood that CCS may be required to work outside their regular workday or workweek schedule.
