Rental Rate definition

Rental Rate means the average annualized composite rate for United States treasury bonds issued for periods of ten years and longer plus two percent. The rental rate shall not exceed ten and three-quarters percent nor fall below eight and one-quarter percent.
Rental Rate means the price to be paid by The Client to Us to hire a property for a specific number of days (the “Accommodation”).
Rental Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lease Agreement.

  • When extra work is required and no suitable price for machinery and equipment can be determined in accordance with this Section, the hourly rate paid shall be 1/40 of the basic weekly rate listed in the Rental Rate Blue Book published by Dataquest Incorporated and applicable to the time period the equipment was first used for the extra work.
