Extension of Time definition

Extension of Time means the time granted by BBNL’s competent authority to complete the work beyond the normal time or stipulated time.
Extension of Time means a request from an Access Seeker to Telstra for additional time to complete any of the steps in the TEBA Construction Procedure, including to prepare a DCP and complete Construction Works.

Examples of Extension of Time in a sentence

Extension of Time means the document attached to this Order as Appendix B.
Extension of Time. Time shall always be of the essence in fulfilling the terms of this Agreement.
