Overtime Fee definition

Overtime Fee means the fee charged by the Company to perform work outside its normal business hours or on holidays and includes changes to previously scheduled work that must be performed outside Company’s normal business hours.
Overtime Fee in relation to a Contractor means such amount as calculated by “Daily Fee / 7.5 hours”;
Overtime Fee shall have the meaning set out in paragraph 5 of this Agreement.

The Center will also close for staff in-service days twice a year. Once in the fall and once in the spring. Advance notice will be given so alternative arrangements can be made.
