Jury and Witness Duty Pregnancy Leave Parental Leave. Article Holidays Article Vacation Article Travel Time Article Sick Leave Article Reimbursement for Travel Article In Pay LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN CIRCLE OF CARE SERVICE EMPLOYEE INTERNATIONAL ONION, LOCAL Without prejudice or precedent the parties agree as follows: Circle of Care and the Service Employees International Union, Local have previously agreed that Circle of Care would pass on any pay equity funding for the fiscal year ended March to the employees to the extent that Circle of Care receives funding from the Province of Ontario. The Province of Ontario has not funded pay equity for the period January to March Circle of Care paid, in good faith, the pay equity relating to the period January to March Circle of Care is required to increase calendar year payrolls by an amount equal to of the calendar year payroll and distribute such amount to hourly employees as a rate per hour increase. Until the funding for the period January to March is received by Circle of Care from the Province of Ontario the cents increase payable January for the year will be reduced by (three cents) per hour.
