Cell Phone. Employee shall be provided with a cell phone, with e-mail capabilities, at Board expense. As a condition of receipt of said cell phone, employee is expected to be reachable as necessary and appropriate by the Superintendent and Board President for the thorough and efficient operation of the School District. Incidental personal use shall be permitted. Employees shall have the option of being reimbursed for the use of a personal smartphone in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month instead of accepting a district cell phone. As a condition of this reimbursement, employee must a) be reasonably available at all times via the personal phone; and b) take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of student and staff information being transmitted to and through said phone.
Cell Phone. The Superintendent shall be required to purchase and maintain a cellular phone so that he can be reached at all times for work-related emergencies or while away from school grounds during the workday. The School District will reimburse the Superintendent up to a maximum of $100 per month for the actual cost of a cellular phone service plan.
Cell Phone. The District shall not provide the Superintendent with a cell phone. The Superintendent shall provide a cell phone for use in the exercise of the duties of the position. The District shall reimburse the Superintendent for the cost of the cell phone at a flat rate of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) per month.
Cell Phone. Executive will be issued a Company-owned cell phone for his business and personal use during the Term of this Agreement. Executive agrees to immediately discontinue use and return such cell phone upon termination of this Agreement.
Cell Phone. Company shall provide the Employee with a cell phone and pay for its maintenance and use.
Cell Phone. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses for the use of a cell phone in connection with the Executive’s employment with the Company.
Cell Phone. Staff members who make home visits on a regular basis as part of their job duties, such as Public Health Representatives in the New Jersey TB Center, shall receive, upon submission of a xxxx, up to 100 per year for service costs provided that the department does not provide a cell phone to the staff member.
Cell Phone. The Company shall provide Employee with a cell phone and pay the service provider directly for its maintenance and reasonable use charges. The taxable benefits on this item will be grossed up in the monthly salary “gilum hatavah”.
Cell Phone. If an OAPSE employee is required to carry a cell phone after regular contracted hours the District shall pay for such phone and its usage for school business purposes. However, in lieu of using a District provided cell phone, the employee and the administration agree that the employee may use his/her own cell phone to remain accessible to the District. Should such employee outlined above elect to use his/her personal cell phone, the District shall compensate the employee $75.00 per month for maintaining accessibility to the District during non-working hours.
