Periodic Review. The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.
Periodic Review. After approval of the GMP Change Order, the Program Manager and the Design-Builder shall review for approval each transfer to and from the Construction Contingency on a periodic basis as requested by the Design-Builder, but not less than quarterly. The Owner shall determine if the transfer is in compliance with the contract, and if so, the Owner shall not unreasonably withhold approval of the transfer. Additionally, the Design-Builder shall periodically review its accrued and anticipated Construction Contingency Costs and shall promptly inform Owner of Design-Builder's determination of the extent to which the remaining Construction Contingency exceeds Design-Builder's reasonably anticipated Construction Contingency Costs expected to be incurred prior to the issuance of a Final Certificate. Design-Builder shall in good faith negotiate with Owner for the release of any surplus of Construction Contingency over such anticipated Construction Contingency Costs so as to permit Owner to enhance the Project. Any such release shall be confirmed by Change Order. Release of Construction Contingency shall occur in a timely basis as to allow adequate decision making time for the Owner.
Periodic Review. PacifiCorp may review this schedule of insurance as often as once every two (2) years. PacifiCorp may in its discretion require Seller to make reasonable changes to the policies and coverages described in this Exhibit to the extent reasonably necessary to cause such policies and coverages to conform to the insurance policies and coverages typically obtained or required for power generation facilities comparable to the Facility at the time PacifiCorp's review takes place.
Periodic Review. Lakeland and MSTC will review this articulation agreement on a three-year cycle or earlier if curricular or institutional policy changes are warranted. Each institution agrees to notify the other of significant curricular or policy changes in a timely manner.
Periodic Review. The Compensation Committee or the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Base Salary and Benefits (as defined below) from time to time in accordance with the normal business practices of the Company. The Company may in its sole discretion increase the Base Salary during the Term. The amount of any increase combined with the previous year's Base Salary shall then constitute Executive's Base Salary for purposes of this Agreement.
Periodic Review. This Agreement is valid from the effective date outlined and is valid until further notice. This Agreement should be reviewed at a minimum once per year, however, in lieu of a review during any period specified, the current Agreement will remain in effect. The document owner is responsible for facilitating regular reviews of this document. Contents of this document may be amended as required, provided mutual agreement is obtained from the Stakeholders and communicated to all affected parties.

The Owner shall have absolute control over transfers to and from the Design Contingency as well as the release of the contingency.
Periodic Review. The RIRs may periodically perform a review of the IANA Numbering Services, namely the deliverables and reports articulated in Article 6.2.
Periodic Review. The CITY may review this Agreement annually, on or before the anniversary of the Effective Date, in order to ascertain the compliance by OWNER with the terms of the Agreement. OWNER shall submit an Annual Monitoring Report, in a form acceptable to the Director, within thirty (30) days after written notice from the CITY. The Annual Monitoring Report shall be accompanied by an annual review and administration fee sufficient to defray the estimated costs of review and administration of the Agreement during the succeeding year. The amount of the annual review and administration fee shall be set annually by resolution of the City Council.
Periodic Review. At the request of either party, PDSC and Contractor will periodically review case assignment trends, requests for additional credit and any other matters needed to determine contract compliance or any necessary contract modifications.
