International Marketing. Because of the critical legal and tax considerations, MONAT must limit the resale of MONAT products and the presentation of the MONAT business to prospective VIP Customers and Market Partners located within the United States and U.S. Territories and those other countries that the Company has announced are officially opened by business. Moreover, allowing a few Market Partners to conduct business in markets not yet opened by MONAT would violate the concept of affording every Market Partner the equal opportunity to expand internationally. Accordingly, Market Partners are authorized to sell MONAT products, and enroll VIP Customers and Market Partners only in the countries in which MONAT is authorized to conduct business, as announced in official Company literature. MONAT products or sales aids cannot be shipped into or sold in any foreign country. Market Partners may sell, give, transfer, or distribute MONAT products or sales aids only in their home country. In addition, no Market Partner may, in any unauthorized country; (a) conduct sales, enrollment or training meetings; (b) enroll or attempt to enroll potential Market Partners; or (c) conduct any other activity for the purpose of selling MONAT products, establishing a Marketing Organization, or promoting the MONAT opportunity.

International Marketing. AXP agrees to diligently promote and vigorously market solely the International Market Site to Market Countries until such time as the prospect is disinterested in the International Market Site, after which time AXP will be free to market and promote any available product to such Prospect and will make such Prospect aware that the Reservation System is an alternative option. Nothing precludes discussion of competitive products as part of such promotion of the International Market Site. The above provisions do not prohibit un-targeted, general market promotions including but not limited to press releases, trade shows etc. Notwithstanding the foregoing, AXP may sell a competitive solution in the UK for a period of one year from the release date of AXI TRAVEL 4.0 and in Germany for a period of one year from the release date of AXI TRAVEL 5.0

International Marketing. Velovita owns the worldwide distribution rights to the Velovita products and opportuni- ty. We may elect to open certain countries for distribution from time to time (each such country, an “Opened Country”) and will grant Members, in our sole and absolute discre- tion, limited rights to enroll in those countries. Members shall not enroll outside of our Opened Countries. To preserve our distribution rights, Member may never secure or at- tempt to secure approval for Velovita products or business practices, or internet domain names, or establish any kind of business or governmental contract on behalf of Velovita or the Company. Velovita operates under one of two (2) models in those countries in Open Countries in which we have chosen to conduct business: • On the Ground (OTG). This is a fully operational business model. Products are properly labeled and legalized for resale in the country. Marketing material spe- cific to the country is available for Members residing in that country. • Not For Resale (NFR). This is a business model of limited activity. Residents of an approved NFR market may enroll to purchase products for personal consump- tion/use only. They may not sell, distribute or gift the product in any way to per- sons outside their household. They purchase products from our U.S. or desig- nated office and may receive bonuses in U.S. currency where allowable by law. They may furthermore sponsor and enroll other residents of an Opened Country, including both NFR and OTG countries. To enroll outside of your home country of enrollment, you must be in good standing as a Member; you must request, read, and comply with the Policies and such other guide- lines as we may have available for the Opened Country. Members compliance with these Policies protects Velovita and the Company, and our collective ability to conduct business in selected countries. Violation of these policies may result in governmental regulatory action which may include severe fines, confisca- tion of property, closure of business operations, or even imprisonment.

International Marketing. The Western Economic Partnership will include an international marketing Memorandum of Understanding to develop joint initiatives that will result in the delivery of high quality, cost-effective activities in areas of common interest. This international marketing Memorandum of Understanding will set the context to explore and identify specific bilateral and trilateral initiatives that create long-term economic benefits for the citizens of each province. The provinces will, where appropriate: • cooperate on trade and investment missions to international markets; • undertake joint marketing and trade activities in sectors of agreed interest; • share market intelligence on sectors of agreed interest; and • explore models for making in-market resources available to advance the joint interests of the provinces. The outcomes of the Western Economic Partnership’s international marketing agreement will be to: ENHANCE COOPERATION ON TRADE MISSIONS AND MARKETING – The Memorandum of Understanding will support coordination of international trade, investment missions, or marketing activities which highlight the strength of the western provinces. IMPROVE SHARING OF MARKET INTELLIGENCE – The Memorandum of Understanding will encourage the sharing of, or collaboration on, international market research activities. ENCOURAGE OPPORTUNITIES TO JOINTLY UTILIZE IN-MARKET RESOURCES – The Memorandum of Understanding will encourage provinces to share resources and infrastructure in international markets in order for provinces to establish an effective and efficient presence in priority markets.

Moreover, allowing a few IBOs to conduct business in markets not yet opened by Wealth Training would violate the concept of affording every IBO the equal opportunity to expand internationally. Accordingly, IBOs are authorised to sell Wealth Training products and services, and enrol customers or IBOs only in the countries in which Wealth Training is conducting business; contact the Wealth Training Compliance Department for details. No IBO may sell, give, transfer, import, export or distribute Wealth Training products, services or sales aids in any unauthorised country. In addition, no IBO may, in any unauthorised country: (A) conduct sales, enrolment or training meetings; (B) enrol or attempt to enrol potential customers of IBOs; or (C) conduct any other activity for the purpose of selling Wealth Training products, establishing a Marketing Organisation, or promoting the Wealth Training IBO opportunity.
