I Scope. This circular applies to all credit institutions and other professionals of the financial sector established in Luxembourg and subject to the supervision of the CSSF. II Responsibility of the management The management of the professional appoints one of its authorised members to ensure especially that the content of the domiciliation agreement and the compliance with the professional obligations of the domiciliation agent of companies are in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and the rules set by the CSSF. The professionals shall communicate the name of the designated member of the management to the CSSF before 1 September 2001 and then any changes in this matter.

I Scope. This License Agreement primarily covers: (i) the provision of a time-unlimited exclusive license for the use of any outputs created for the competition, which may be considered intellectual property, by participants as the licensor to the organizer as the licensee; (ii) terms of payment of any licensing fees, and (iv) terms of use of any outputs created for the competition, which may be considered intellectual property, by the organizer, within the scope of copyright and any industrial property rights.

I Scope.  The provisions of this agreement concerning fundamental rights at work apply to all Club Méditerranée villages worldwide.  The provisions of this agreement concerning the transnational mobility of GE service staff apply to villages operated directly by Club Méditerranée in the following Europe and Africa zone countries where Club Méditerranée has operations: the European Union countries, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Mauritius, Morocco, Senegal, Switzerland, Tunisia and Turkey. CONTRACT SCOPE Pursuant to this Master Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Master Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any Goods and/or Services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services.
Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.
Service Scope Business Services apply to a single corresponding registered Covered Product. Purchasers of Business Services receive a 2 year limited business warranty (see VIVE Enterprise Business Limited Warranty here for details), starting from the original purchase date of your Covered Product. Business Services include expedited usage technical support, expedited customer care services and VIVE online resources as set forth in these Terms and Conditions and (xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx).
Agreement Scope The scope of this Agreement is as prescribed in section 46 of the Act, setting out: • the health services to be provided to the State by the HSP, • the TTR in support of the health services to be provided, • the funding to be provided to the HSP for the provision of the health services, including the way in which the funding is to be provided, • the performance measures and operational targets for the provision of the health services by the HSP, • how the evaluation and review of results in relation to the performance measures and operational targets is to be carried out, • the performance data and other data to be provided by the HSP to the Department CEO, including how, and how often, the data is to be provided, and • any other matter the Department CEO considers relevant to the provision of the health services by the HSP. Where appropriate, reference will be made in this Agreement to Policy Frameworks issued by the Department CEO pursuant to Part 3, Division 2 of the Act.
License Scope Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, or merge the Product within its business enterprise in the United States up to the maximum licensed capacity stated on the Purchase Order. Product may be accessed, used, executed, reproduced, displayed or performed up to the capacity measured by the applicable licensing unit stated on the Purchase Order (i.e., payroll size, number of employees, CPU, MIPS, MSU, concurrent user, workstation). Licensee shall have the right to use and distribute modifications or customizations of the Product to and for use by any Authorized Users otherwise licensed to use the Product, provided that any modifications, however extensive, shall not diminish Licensor’s proprietary title or interest. HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.
