Notwithstanding the foregoing, Agent shall be subject to the limitations of Agent's power and authority set forth in Section 5 below. No business of Agent other than the Management --------- Activities shall be transacted at the Property or from offices located thereon, and the use of the Property by Agent or its employees shall be limited to the conduct of the Management Activities.
