Service Staff. Overtime opportunities will be filled, first, on a voluntary basis as the need arises and as their abilities fit the task. If there is a lack of appropriate volunteers, employees will be required to work based upon familiarity of the work to be done and the latest employment date. Although overtime opportunities will not be formally equalized, either by number of incidents or hours, a reasonable, good faith attempt will be made to distribute overtime among the Service Staff on a rotating basis.
Service Staff. As part of this Agreement the Board agrees to provide the staff set out in the Table below and that these staff will undertake the principle duties and responsibilities as outlined in the Job Descriptions at Appendix IV, plus any other agreed duties as required by the Service. Service Staff. Depending on the menu, service staff may be required for your event. The service staff is arranged by HeyChef! and charged to you at three hundred dollars ($300) per person per shift, unless provided otherwise in the estimate which accompanied your Letter. (A “shift” for this purpose is the length of service necessary for the particular meal(s) or event(s) for which HeyChef! is hired, most typically a period between five (5) and eight (8) hours. If it is necessary to extend the time beyond 8 hours, Client will be billed in additional half shift increments (i.e., additional half shift fees of one hundred fifty dollars ($150)).
Service Staff. Upon execution of this Agreement and annually thereafter, Telnet shall furnish Galaxy with a list of its Service management and other technical staff qualified to support Galaxy Services.
Service Staff. Employees shall be reimbursed for reasonable out-of-pockets expenses incurred in the performance of assignments authorized by the their supervisor and for the cost of trade certification, upon submission of an expense claim and appropriate receipts. Where an employee is required to travel greater than sixty (60) kilometers one way to attend a Staff Training and Development assignment, the employee shall be reimbursed for meals, mileage and accommodation as per Policy.
