TRADE UNION MEMBERSHIP. The worker shall be entitled to join a trade union of her/his choice.

TRADE UNION MEMBERSHIP. 10.19.1 All employers in scope of this agreement will make every effort to encourage the highest possible levels of Trade Union membership.
TRADE UNION MEMBERSHIP. All foremen, chargehands, and electricians employed by the ECA and the AECI hereafter called the employer bodies shall be or become members of the TEEU hereafter called the Union and must hold current union cards. The Union will not unreasonably refuse membership subject to their own rules and regulations. Union delegates with written authority from the union shall be entitled to visit jobs and shops during working hours. Qualified electricians must be over 20 years of age and able to produce references providing not less than 5 years of employment in general contracting work or in accordance with the National Apprenticeship Training Rules.
TRADE UNION MEMBERSHIP. In accordance with the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Xxx 0000, the Co-op has Trade Union Membership Agreements with those Unions which are recognised signatories to Agreements covering the wages and conditions of all employees within the Co-operative Group. As such all employees covered by this Agreement are encouraged to become members of UCATT.
TRADE UNION MEMBERSHIP. 6.01 All employees must be member of the trade union during the signature of this agreement, like condition of the maintenance of their employment.
TRADE UNION MEMBERSHIP. The Employee shall have the right to join a recognised trade union and to take part in its lawful activities.
