License Scope. Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, or merge the Product within its business enterprise in the United States up to the maximum licensed capacity stated on the Purchase Order. Product may be accessed, used, executed, reproduced, displayed or performed up to the capacity measured by the applicable licensing unit stated on the Purchase Order (i.e., payroll size, number of employees, CPU, MIPS, MSU, concurrent user, workstation). Licensee shall have the right to use and distribute modifications or customizations of the Product to and for use by any Authorized Users otherwise licensed to use the Product, provided that any modifications, however extensive, shall not diminish Licensor’s proprietary title or interest. No license, right or interest in any trademark, trade name, or service xxxx is granted hereunder.

The license granted herein shall not be construed to confer any rights upon LICENSEE by implication, estoppel or otherwise as to any technology not specifically set forth in PATENT RIGHTS. UNIVERSITY shall be free to grant commercial licenses to the PATENT RIGHTS to third parties in all fields outside the LICENSE FIELD and/or outside the LICENSED TERRITORY.
License Scope. 2.1 IMEC hereby grants to Licensee a free of charge, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license, with the right to grant sublicenses to its Affiliates (no other sublicensing rights are granted), to use the PDK and its Updates (if any), solely for the Purpose. The grant of this license is subject to the following conditions: in the event Licensee decides to have any integrated circuits, based on or containing the PDK, manufactured for any purpose whatsoever, such integrated circuits shall be manufactured exclusively at IMEC in accordance with IMEC’s specific terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing. Licensee will not permit any third party, except to the limited extent expressly permitted and restricted in this Agreement, to have access to any part of the PDK or to use any part of the PDK to design any integrated circuit.
License Scope. Enrolled Customer’s rights to run the current version of the ordered Product are temporary until it has paid the Reseller for that License in full. Thereafter, Enrolled Customer shall have a perpetual license to run the number of copies ordered in the version ordered and such other rights as may be specified in the applicable Program Agreement. Perpetual Licenses received through Software Assurance supersede and replace the underlying perpetual Licenses for which Software Assurance coverage was ordered. Some Products may be licensed on a fixed term or subscription basis. The right to use products licensed on a Subscription basis terminates upon expiration if it is not renewed. Subscription Licenses are not perpetual under any circumstance. The use rights for Enrolled Customers on orders will be made available in accordance with terms of the associated Program Agreement.

Laserfiche Software may include, without limitation: (a) "Server Software" that provides document management services to other programs; (b) "Client Software" that allows a computer or workstation to access or utilize the services functionality provided by the Server Software; (c) "Stand-alone Software" that operates on a single computer; (d) "Demonstration Software" that is provided only for demonstration, testing and feedback purposes; (e) "Distributed Computing Cluster Software" that allows distribution of processing work for certain Laserfiche application tasks onto other machines; and/or (f) "Plug-in Software Modules" that can be added to the previously mentioned types of software. Specific additional terms that accompany a software development kit or the Software designated for "application service provider" purposes will also apply to you. Your Use of the Laserfiche Product shall be subject to the Usage Limitations described in Section 6. In addition, you agree to the restrictions set forth in Section 5 below.

License Scope. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and Customer’s purchase of a Support Subscription, HashiCorp grants to Customer during the License Subscription Term a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right and license to (a) install and use the Software on premises or in a cloud environment of its choosing, in object-code form, solely for Customer’s internal business purposes, in the quantity agreed in the Order Form, and (b) to use any third-party open source software provided with the Software, subject to the applicable third-party open source licenses. Customer may permit its contractors and Affiliates to use the Software and Documentation solely on Customer’s behalf in accordance with this Agreement. Customer shall be responsible for ensuring its contractors and Affiliates comply with this Agreement and all applicable Order Forms.
