License Scope or “Scope” means the capacity of Software monitoring usage that Customer has purchased and is authorized to use, as specified in the Sales Quotation. Corero licenses its Software pursuant to this Agreement for installation in Customer’s network based on the number of “instances” of virtual installation (as set out in the Sales Quotation and Accepted Purchase Order). Software installation requires the installation of Corero’s management software and deployed instances of monitoring software. Instances are measured by the capacity of traffic that a Software installation can process. Each installation of management software can control a certain number and capacity of instances, as further described in Corero’s Documentation and Corero’s Sales Quotation.
License Scope means any Platform usage and/or consumption limitations and parameters (for example, as to volume of users, volume of Agent licenses and Products, Product Line(s), location, features, duration) set forth in the Order.
License Scope means that all of the following parameters shall be limited to the quantities You purchased in the Purchase Order: (i) the maximum number of Sessions that You may operate; (ii) the maximum number of Trainees that may train in each Session; (iii) the number and type of attacking scenarios that are provided as part of the Product; and (iv) additional modules that may be provided as part of the Product. Any number in excess thereof is not permitted, is outside of the License Scope and unauthorized by Cyberbit. Sessions may be operated either in a physical or virtual environment, or a combination of physical and virtual environments, provided however, that the total amount of Sessions and Trainees participating in each Session (respectively) operating simultaneously will not exceed the amount of Sessions and Trainees (respectively) which You Purchased under the Purchase Order. A physical class of training stations will be located only within the Territory and Trainees of both virtual and physical Sessions shall be located inside of the Territory. “Session” means a single training session, whether conducted in a physical or virtual environment, in which You may utilize the Product and/or any of its respective Documentation, or any part thereof to train Trainees. “Trainee(s)” means an individual person which receives training utilizing the Product.
License Scope means all activities of Owner or any direct or indirect transferee of Owner or any of their respective (direct or indirect) subcontractors in order to (a) perform Owner’s obligations hereunder and exercise Owner’s rights hereunder, including performing warranty re- work pursuant to Article 13 and (b) perform Contractor’s obligations hereunder (to the extent this Agreement is terminated prior to the completion thereof); (c) own, operate, maintain, repair and service, and otherwise use for its intended purpose, the Warranted Equipment; and (d) transfer the Warranted Equipment (with such transferee likewise having the right to perform the License Scope).
