HOURS OF WORK AND WORKWEEK. 5.0 The average weekly hours of duty, as established in the work schedule, in any year, other than hours during which employees may be summoned and kept on duty because of conflagration or other emergency shall be forty-two (42) hours. The tour of duty (work shifts), effective with the signing of this Agreement, is incorporated herein by references as addendum A.
HOURS OF WORK AND WORKWEEK. The regular workweek for payroll purposes shall commence on Sunday and end on the following Saturday. Normal working hours in a regular workweek shall be seven and one-half per day, and thirty-seven and one-half per week, as scheduled by the AUTHORITY. In addition, employees shall be entitled to a one-hour meal period daily. The regular workweek shall consist of five workdays and two days off, except in the event of overtime. Except as otherwise scheduled by the AUTHORITY, a typical workweek shall be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Nothing herein shall be construed as interfering with management's right to determine levels of services and staffing. Nothing herein shall constitute a bar to implementation by the AUTHORITY of flexible workweeks, flexible workdays, or alternative work schedules, following discussion with the UNION and employee(s) affected.
HOURS OF WORK AND WORKWEEK. 1. Standard hours of work and the workweek will be established by the administrator in charge. Employees will be advised of their work hours upon acceptance of the position. Standard hours of work and the workweek may be changed in accordance with provisions in paragraph 2 below.
