Dining Facilities. The Board will provide, within physical constraints of existing buildings, a separate dining area for the use of teachers.

Proper dining facilities must be made available and time used to travel to and from such facilities shall not be included in the meal hour, nor shall travel time be used to calculate the start of the second meal period. When lunch is served away from the set, travel to and from the location of the lunch hall shall not be included in the meal period. Dining Facilities. 7.2.1. When employees are working in the same place in suburban areas with the same employer, the employer shall have facilities in which employees can drink coffee and eat. The shelters shall be fitted with tables and chairs, and care must be taken to ensure that they are always clean and tidy. Furthermore, the shelters shall be equipped with heating appliances.

Additionally, the Contractor will provide disposal type dinnerware for meal consumption at locations other than the Government provided dining facility.
