Night Premium. For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.
Night Premium. An employee for whom half or more of the regular hours of work fall between 23:00 and 09:00 is entitled to a premium of eighty-five cents ($0.85) for each hour of actual work between 23:00 and 09:00. An employee is not entitled to such a premium when she/he is being paid at the rate provided for overtime. This premium is not added to the basic rate in computing the remuneration for overtime performed. However, this clause does not apply to those employees who have chosen their schedule according to clause 22.02.
Night Premium. Employees working between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. shall receive a premium of no less than two ($2.00) dollars for each hour worked. Employees who commence a shift between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. shall receive no less than the two ($2.00) dollars per hour premium for their entire shift.
Night Premium. A nurse shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour worked which falls within the hours defined as a night shift.
Night Premium. A premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour in addition to the applicable straight-time rate shall be paid on all hours worked by employees between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Night Premium. For all hours or fractions of hours made available to the Company between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., the Employee shall receive a premium of three dollars ($3) per hour. This premium shall not be used in the calculation of overtime and penalties. This night premium applies exclusively to any work in studio, and to the editors and assistant editors allocated to night schedules, at the request of the Company. A studio is defined as any space serving for sheltering a set, an Ultimate (ex: Blue Screen) and\or elements used to create optical or special effects which could be reproduced somewhereelse.
Night Premium. All employees who work beyond 6:00 PM, shall be paid a night shift premium as follows: Effective January 1, 2013: $0.98 for all hours paid; Effective January 1, 2014: $1.00 for all hours paid; Effective January 1, 2015: $1.02 for all hours paid.
Night Premium. Any employee whose majority of hours worked on his/her shift fall between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m. shall be paid a night shift premium in addition to his or her regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for each hour worked on his/her shift entire shift. Night shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime.
Night Premium. Work performed after midnight shall be paid at time-and-one-half.
Night Premium. Effective April 1, 2021, a night shift premium of $0.25 per hour shall be payable for all hours worked on the night shift (e.g. between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. or 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.).
