HOURS OF BUSINESS. The “XXXXxxx.xx Technical Call Centre” will operate between 08h00 to 16h30 Monday to Friday with the exception of weekends and public holidays when the call Centre will be closed. During the Christmas Period the “XXXXxxx.xx Technical Call Centre” will have a skeleton staff available to take technical service requests or hotline calls.

HOURS OF BUSINESS. Subject to the provisions of Article 25 hereof, Tenant shall continuously during the entire term hereof conduct and carry on Tenant’s business in the Premises and shall keep the Premises open for business and cause Tenant’s business to be conducted therein during the usual business hours of each and every business day as is customary for businesses of like character in the city in which the Premises are located to be open for business; provided, however, that this provision shall not apply if the Premises should be closed and the business of Tenant temporarily discontinued therein on account of strikes, lockouts or similar causes beyond the reasonably control of Tenant. Tenant shall keep the Premises adequately stocked with merchandise, and with sufficient sales personnel to care for the patronage, and to conduct said business in accordance with sound business practice. In the event of breach by the Tenant of any of the conditions contained in this Article, the Landlord shall have in addition to any and all remedies herein provided, the right at its option to collect not only the Minimum Rent herein provided, but additional rent at the rate of one-thirtieth (1/30) of the Minimum Rent herein provided for each and every day that the Tenant shall fail to conduct its business as herein provided; said additional rent shall be deemed to be in lieu of any percentage rent that might have been earned during such period of the Tenant’s failure to conduct its business as herein provided.

It is further agreed and understood that LESSOR desires and encourages extended hours of operation beyond those delineated in this lease.

HOURS OF BUSINESS. From and after the Commencement Date, Tenant shall keep the entire Premises continuously open for business during the days and hours established by Landlord from time to time for the Shopping Center generally, including, but not limited to, all holidays except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Easter Day. Subject to Article 17 and Section 27.25, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) per day penalty for each day that Tenant fails to continuously remain open for business during the hours previously established by Landlord. Tenant shall have its window displays, exterior signs and exterior advertising displays adequately illuminated continuously during those hours and days that the Premises are required to be open for business to the public.
