Special Terms definition

Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.
Special Terms means any terms which are additional to the terms set out in the Call-Off Agreement which are agreed between a Contracting Body and the Supplier and are specified in the Order;
Special Terms means any special characteristic of a Service which is specified as such in the Special Terms column of the Rights Table;

More Definitions of Special Terms

Special Terms means the special terms under which the Agreement is concluded.

Special Terms means any terms agreed between Vita and the Seller and specified in the Purchase Order, and which will apply to the relationship between Vita and the Seller.
Special Terms means the Contract attachment entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to any amendments to these General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts. If there is a conflict between the General Terms and Conditions for Goods Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.
