Special Terms definition

Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.
Special Terms means any special characteristic of a Service which is specified as such in the Special Terms column of the Rights Table;
Special Terms means any terms which are additional to the terms set out in the Call-Off Agreement which are specified by the Customer in the Order Form and accepted by the Supplier;

Special Terms means the special terms under which the Agreement is concluded.
