Authorised Powers Clause Samples

The 'Authorised Powers' clause defines the specific rights and authorities granted to a party or parties under an agreement. It typically outlines what actions an individual or entity is permitted to take on behalf of another, such as entering into contracts, making decisions, or managing assets. For example, it may specify that a manager can approve expenditures up to a certain limit or that an agent can negotiate terms with third parties. This clause ensures clarity regarding the scope of authority, helping to prevent disputes about whether actions taken were properly authorised.
