Common use of HOURS OF BUSINESS Clause in Contracts

HOURS OF BUSINESS. Tenant shall continuously during the entire term hereof conduct and carry on Tenant’s business in the Premises and shall keep the Premises open for business and cause Tenant’s business to be conducted therein during the usual business hours of each and every business day as is customary for businesses of like character.

Tenant shall continuously during the entire term hereof conduct and carry on Tenant’s 's business in the Premises and shall keep the Premises open for business and cause Tenant’s 's business to be conducted therein during the usual business hours of each and every business day as is customary for businesses of like charactercharacter in the area in which the Premises are located to be open for business. Tenant shall keep the Premises adequately stocked with merchandise, and with sufficient sales personnel to care for the patronage, and to conduct said business in accordance with sound business practice.
