Bank Holidays. In addition to the statutory holidays, the banks will also be closed on the following days which are regarded as bank holidays: • Good Friday • and the afternoon of Christmas Eve The calendar of bank holidays is updated every year.
Bank Holidays. Except as specified in a Pre-Existing Obligation or a Supplemental Indenture, if the specified date for the making of any payment or the last date for performance of any act or the exercising of any right, as provided in this Indenture, shall be a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday or a day on which banking institutions in the city in which is located the office from which the Trustee performs the functions to which such act or right relates are authorized by law to remain closed, such payment may be made or act performed or right exercised on the next succeeding day which is not one of the foregoing days without additional interest and with the same force and effect as if made, performed or exercised on the specified date for such payment.
Bank Holidays. All colleagues covered by this agreement have 8 Bank Holidays included within their annual holiday entitlement. Bank holidays are considered to be a working day and colleagues may be rostered to work as normal. No additional premiums are payable. Bank holidays are included in the annual leave allowance. If a colleague wishes to take a Bank Holiday as a holiday, it should be requested in line with the normal procedure for booking holidays.

Bank Holidays. All colleagues covered by this agreement have their Bank Holiday entitlement included within their annual holiday entitlement. Bank holidays are considered to be a working day and colleagues may be rostered to work as normal. Christmas Day will always be a day’s holiday and will automatically be deducted from a colleague’s leave allowance. Bank Holidays. (a) Entitlement: All Fleet Operations Craft Workers will receive paid bank holidays in addition to their annual leave entitlement. Part-time staff will receive an entitlement pro rata to their hours worked. All Fleet Operations Craft Workers will take their bank holidays on designated public holidays, where their working pattern permits this. If any Craft Workers are unable to do this due to changes in their working pattern, they will be compensated as set out below, or in accordance with the Authority’s arrangements for part-time staff.

Whenever any payment to be made under this Agreement shall become due on a day which is not a Business Day, such payment may be made on the next succeeding Business Day on which the Bank is open, and such extension shall be included in computing the interest in connection with such payment.

(a) Where a crew member is contracted by the producer to work over a period which includes a United Kingdom official public holiday or foreign official public holiday where work takes place abroad (Bank Holiday), but the crew member is not actually required to work on that Bank Holiday, the crew member will be entitled to receive his/her daily fee for that Bank Holiday.
Bank Holidays. 11.1. Employees are employed full time, and therefore are entitled to bank holidays in line with government legislation. These will be advised in November each year for the following year.
