Dealership Operations Sample Clauses

The Dealership Operations clause defines the rules and expectations governing how a dealership must conduct its business under the agreement. It typically outlines requirements such as maintaining certain standards of service, adhering to branding guidelines, and following specified sales and reporting procedures. By setting these operational parameters, the clause ensures consistency, protects the brand’s reputation, and clarifies the dealer’s responsibilities, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and operational misunderstandings.
