Distribution of Union Material. A Union Representative may be granted access to their work site, subject to approval from the Department or Division, for the purpose of distributing written or oral information to other bargaining unit employees, provided:
Distribution of Union Material. The Board shall provide the Union with bulletin board space for the posting of its materials. The Union shall have the right to communicate with members of the bargaining unit by means of teacher mailboxes and District email.
Distribution of Union Material. The Board shall provide one (1) bulletin board, which is accessible to teachers, in each building, for the Union. The Union may distribute material including membership solicitation through the mail trays and the District electronic communication system. All communication is expected to comply with all D128 Acceptable Use Policies and Electronic Communication expectations.
Distribution of Union Material. Union Stewards, Officers and other appropriate Union designees shall have the right to place Union material, i.e., newsletters, flyers, posters, petitions, etc., in the employee mail boxes. Communications received at County offices via U.S. mail, UPS, hand delivery, or any other means shall be delivered to addressed Union representatives without unreasonable delay. Representatives of the Union will normally distribute such Union material before or after working hours, or during lunch breaks provided distribution is done in a manner that does not interrupt normal County business.
Distribution of Union Material. The Board shall provide an appropriate bulletin board accessible to employees for use by the Union for the posting of its materials. The Union may distribute a reasonable amount of material through the regular College distribution system, provided it does not interfere with the operation of the College, and provided further that the Union shall pay any fees or charges required by the United States Postal Service or other agency mandated by law to do so. The Union Officers shall have the right to use College office equipment and Duplication Center services including College email system to distribute union materials provided it does not interfere with the operation of the College and provided further that the Union shall reimburse the Board for the reasonable cost of supplies for any extraordinary expenses incurred.
Distribution of Union Material. The regular intra-district delivery service and employees’ mailboxes and e-mail (for employees who are given district e-mail accounts) shall be made available to the Union for communications to employees unless such use interferes with the normal school operations. The Union shall also have the right to use the school’s duplication equipment during non-school hours provided that the Union reimburses the District for the cost of any materials used and for any damage caused by the negligent use of such equipment as long as such use does not interfere with any facet of the school’s business.
Distribution of Union Material. The Union may distribute Union literature on College property, provided there is no interference with College operations. No one shall be allowed to distribute Union materials in a manner which disrupts employees during the performance of their duties or students during their pursuit of educational or athletic endeavors and such procedures shall require the pre-approval of the Vice President of the College, or selected designee. The material so distributed shall not be of an inflammatory, derogatory, accusatory or of a partisan political nature.
Distribution of Union Material. Subject to NTDSE policies and operational needs, electronic mail, Employees‟ mailboxes and regular intra-district delivery services shall be made available to the Union for a reasonable volume of communications to bargaining unit members.
Distribution of Union Material. The Union may distribute Union literature on College property, provided that there is no interference with College operations. No one shall distribute Union materials in a manner that disrupts employees during the performance of their duties. Distribution procedures require the approval of the Director of Campus Operations and Facilities. The material distributed shall not be of an inflammatory, derogatory, or partisan political nature. The College shall provide a bulletin board in an accessible area for the display of appropriate Union materials. The Union agrees that only appropriate materials dealing with Union business shall be posted thereon and that the area so designated shall be kept in good order by the prompt removal of outdated material.
Distribution of Union Material. The Union may distribute material on the premises in work areas to individual employees before and after scheduled working hours subject to internal security requirements, or in break areas during non-duty time as long as the work of others is not disrupted.
