The "Bulletin Board Space" clause defines the allocation and use of physical or digital space for posting notices, announcements, or other communications relevant to the parties involved. Bulletin Board Space. 34.01 The Employer shall provide bulletin boards to be placed in reasonably accessible locations upon which designated space shall be provided where the Union may be permitted to post notices of meetings and other such notices which may be of interest to Employees. It is not the intention of the Union to post anything objectionable to the Employer.

5. Status reports from Union committees

8. Directories
9. Union newsletters

11. Seniority List (Excluding Salary and Social Security No.) Any other information to be posted must have the signed approval of the local Union President and the Director of Employee Relations. The posting of such notices shall not be arbitrarily denied.
