Office Equipment definition

Office Equipment means furniture and other office equipment, ---------------- including without limitation desks, tables, chairs, computers, servers and related peripherals and copiers, but excluding fixtures.
Office Equipment means all office equipment and furniture used by the Company in connection with the Business including, without limitation, the equipment described in Schedule 1.1(uu);
Office Equipment means electronic products including, but not limited to, desktop computers, laptop computers, monitors, printers, fax machines, scanners, copiers, and telephones.

Office Equipment means office furniture and office equipment, including computers, printers, typewriters, facsimile machines, photocopiers and telephone answering machines, all used for business or professional purposes.
