TEACHER MAILBOXES. 1. Each regular teacher, counselor, school social worker, school nurse, or other professional staff member shall have a single individual mailbox or mail slot at his/her assigned school(s) or other assigned work location(s).
TEACHER MAILBOXES. The Union shall have the right to use teacher mailboxes for Union communications identified as such. Duly authorized representatives of the Union shall have the right to post Union notices on bulletin boards provided for that purpose in buildings operated and maintained by the Board. A copy of each such notice or items so distributed or posted shall be concurrently provided to the SEDOL supervisor of such building or to the Superintendent, provided this shall not apply to Union material distributed to teachers in sealed envelopes individually addressed to such teachers.
TEACHER MAILBOXES. Association officers and Association representatives in each school building shall have the right to use the teacher mailboxes for the purpose of distributing Association membership promotional materials, Association announcements and Association newsletters providing it is done outside the official student day or during the teacher's lunch period.
TEACHER MAILBOXES. The Federation shall be afforded the right to use the teacher mailboxes in each school for Federation business. Teacher mailboxes shall similarly be open to other Schenectady teacher organizations and to individual employees in the negotiating unit.
