Delivery Service. We will cover the cost of delivering needed fluid to Your covered Vehicle at the disablement location. (You must pay for the cost of the actual fluids).
Delivery Service. The Cooperative shall provide Delivery Service pursuant to the Cooperative’s Tariff. In the event the terms of this Agreement conflict with those of the Tariff, the terms of the Tariff shall govern. The Cooperative shall meter each Member in accordance with its Tariff provisions. In the event that the loading of the Delivery System, or a portion thereof, must be reduced for safe and reliable operation, such reduction in loading shall be allocated among all Members whose load contributes to the need for the reduction, in accordance with good utility practice. In the event of outages, service will be restored in accordance with good utility practice. The Cooperative shall not be liable for any revenue losses to the Supplier as a result of any such curtailments or outages. The Cooperative may discontinue Delivery Service to a Member in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Tariff and NHPUC regulations. The Cooperative shall provide electronic notification, as required by NHPUC regulations to the Member’s Supplier of record upon final billing to the Member. Once disconnection occurs, the provision of Energy Service to the Member is no longer the obligation of the Supplier. The Cooperative shall not be liable for any revenue losses to the Supplier as a result of any such disconnection.

Delivery Service. The delivery or service of a grievance or appeals or answers to a grievance are deemed received upon hand-delivery or other mutually agreed upon procedure, e.g. fax transmission, or email, with verification. You understand and agree that you may not change the boundaries of your delivery and service area without our prior written consent. When making deliveries, you and your employees must strictly comply with all laws, regulations and rules of the road and due care and caution in the operation of delivery vehicles.

If You elect to take delivery of Bullion that You purchase or hold in your Account, the delivery instructions that You provide to FideliTrade must be in writing and signed by You, and we may require notarization. FideliTrade reserves the right to accept delivery instructions that it otherwise deems acceptable in its sole discretion. You agree to promptly defend, hold harmless, and indemnify FideliTrade against any and all claims, damages, costs, or legal fees, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of FideliTrade’s good faith reliance on delivery instructions sent to FideliTrade.
