Distribution of Literature. FSFSA representatives may, during non-working hours or during any breaks, distribute employee organization literature. The FSFSA agrees that nothing of a libelous, racist, sexist, obscene, or partisan political nature shall be so distributed.
Distribution of Literature. 1. Space will be provided in central locations at the University where Union literature, which is consistent with the provision of C. above or which is otherwise approved by the University, may be placed so that employees may pick up copies.

CCPOA representatives requesting access to Bargaining Unit 6 employees and/or designated non-work locations will check with the appropriate designated management authority to determine availability of space for the distribution of information and/or literature. Upon mutual agreement between an authorized CAPS representative and the department, CAPS bulletin boards will be installed at reasonable locations. When required in advance, CAPS shall reimburse the State for additional costs incurred. A copy of all materials posted must be distributed to the facility or office supervisor at the time of posting.
