Designation of Stewards. The Union may designate not more than two (2) employees from the bargaining unit to act as stewards, and no more than one to act as alternate xxxxxxx. The Union shall inform the employer, in writing, of such choice.
Designation of Stewards. The Union will furnish the State Employer with the list of stewards designated to represent any segment(s) of employees covered by this Agreement. On March 1 of each year, the Union will furnish the State Employer with a current list of stewards, specifying the jurisdiction of each xxxxxxx, or group of stewards, and shall keep the list current. The Union may designate up to 25 stewards as stewards of general jurisdiction within the local Union’s area. The Union will notify the State Employer as soon as practicable regarding any xxxxxxx changes. The sufficiency of xxxxxxx coverage, including the general ratio of stewards to employees and the geographic distribution of stewards, shall be a subject of continuing consultation between the Employer and the Union.
Designation of Stewards. 10. For the purpose of determining which Person shall be designated as a Xxxxxxx for a particular category of MHSM, the following provisions shall apply in the order in which they are set out. If two or more Persons are designated as a Xxxxxxx pursuant to the following provisions, then the earlier provision shall prevail:
Designation of Stewards. The NCFLL shall provide the Regional Administrator-OASAM, with a list of designated Stewards in each DOL Region. These designated Stewards shall be recognized as employee representatives for bargain- ing unit employees in the offices to which they are designated and shall be entitled to the use of official time under the provisions of this Agreement. Normally, the areas of representational responsibility for designated Stewards should be separate but may overlap.
Designation of Stewards. The Union shall be entitled to designate an employee to act as a Chief Union Xxxxxxx and a Co-Chief Xxxxxxx and other employees to act as Union stewards. The Union shall provide the designated University official with the name of the employee selected as Chief Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, the name of the employee selected as Co-Chief Xxxxxxx, and the names of employees selected as stewards. There shall be no more than eight (8) stewards at UCSD, including the following: the Chief Union Xxxxxxx, the Co-Chief Xxxxxxx and alternate stewards, provided however, that there shall be no more than one (1) xxxxxxx per zone or shop.
Designation of Stewards. The Company recognizes the right of the Union to designate a reasonable number of stewards among the employees. Elections for the purpose of selecting stewards will not be conducted on Company premises.

The names and work locations of all bargaining committee members and stewards shall be transmitted in writing to the Human Resources Director upon their designation by the Union. Any change in the above officials shall be reported promptly to the Human Resources Director. Union officials may not conduct Union business until the above notification has been made.

In the absence of the xxxxxxx assigned to the represented group, as noted above, the Chief Xxxxxxx will have the same privileges as the xxxxxxx, with the added responsibility of representing stewards.
