AGREEMENT AND PURPOSE. 1.1 This agreement is between the City of Trenton, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Union," a labor organization as defined in Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code.
AGREEMENT AND PURPOSE. This Agreement grants to the Award Agent the provision to deliver the Award program in the Region for the Term and outlines a framework within which the parties can work together to support positive outcomes and personal development of young Western Australians. The purpose of the agreement is to establish a supportive relationship between the parties as a commitment to youth development in Western Australia.
AGREEMENT AND PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered into between the City of Lake Oswego, Lake Oswego, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as the "City," and the Lake Oswego Municipal Employees' Association, Local 1546 of AFSCME Council 75 AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union," for the purpose of fixing wages, hours and conditions of employment in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the sole and full agreement between the parties relative to such matters.

AGREEMENT AND PURPOSE. (a) This Agreement is by and between Medusa Cement Company, a Division of Medusa Corporation, hereinafter called the "Company", and the Cement, Lime, Gypsum and Allied Workers Division (International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers, AFL-CIO), hereinafter called the "Union", acting on behalf of its Local Union, whose members are employees of Medusa Cement Company.

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the City of Mentor-on-the-Lake (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), and the Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association ("OPBA"), representing the Patrol Officers (hereinafter referred to as the Bargaining Unit employees).
AGREEMENT AND PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered into between the City of Oregon City, hereinafter referred to as the "City", and the Oregon City Police Employees' Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Association," for the period of July 1, 2007, through June 30, 2010. All economics of this Agreement shall be retroactive to July 1, 2007. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect during the period of negotiations for a successor agreement. It is the purpose of this document to set forth the full agreement between the parties.
AGREEMENT AND PURPOSE. This Agreement entered into by and between the Board of Education of the East Lansing Public Schools, East Lansing, Michigan (hereinafter referred to as the "Board" or "Employer") and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 547-A, B, C, - AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the "Union"). It is the purpose of this Agreement to set forth wages, hours and conditions of employment. It is the desire of the Board and the Union to promote harmonious relations, cooperation, and understanding between the parties.
AGREEMENT AND PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered into between the La Pine Rural Fire Protection District, Oregon, herein referred to as “the District” and the International Association of Firefighters, Local 3387, herein referred to as “the Union.” It is the purpose of this document to set forth the full Agreement between the above-mentioned parties. The Agreement expressed herein in writing constitutes the entire Agreement between the District and the Union. This Agreement shall supersede all previous oral and written Agreements between the District and the Union. It is agreed that the relations between the parties shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement only; no prior agreements, understandings, past practices, maintenance of standards, existing conditions, prior benefits, oral or written, shall be controlling or in any way affect the relations between the parties, or the wages, hours and working conditions unless and until such agreement, understandings, past practices, existing conditions, and prior agreements shall be reduced to writing and duly executed by both parties.
