Company Premises definition

Company Premises means any place or thing used by any Tetra Tech International Development company in the course of conducting its business (whether or not owned by or within the exclusive control of a Tetra Tech International Development company) including, but not limited to:(a) vehicles(b) offices(c) car parks(d) client worksites
Company Premises means all areas in which NHCAC operates, including, but not limited to, its property, NHCAC-owned or leased vehicles, equipment, lockers, desks, work space and storage facilities.
Company Premises means any place or thing used by any Coffey company in the course of conducting its business (whether or not owned by or within the exclusive control of a Coffey company) including, but not limited to:1. vehicles2. offices3. car parks4. client worksites

Examples of Company Premises in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Company Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations.

  • Nothing in this Article will be construed to make Company liable in any way for any environmental impacts or release of Hazardous Substances affecting the Company Premises that occurred prior to Company’s entry upon the Company Premises or that occurred as a result of the actions of Authority or any of its employees, agents, or contractors.

  • Nothing in this Article will be construed to make Company liable in any way for any environmental impacts or release of Hazardous Substances affecting the Company Premises that occurs by reason of the migration or flow to the Company Premises from verifiable or documented off-site environmental impacts that is not attributable to Company’s activities at the Company Premises.

  • If the results of the assessment indicate that the Company Premises have been impacted by the release of Hazardous Substances, Company will immediately take such action as is necessary and will provide a substantial guaranty in a form and content acceptable to Authority that Company will clean up the contamination at its own expense, at no expense to Authority, and in accordance with Applicable Laws to the extent that it is obligated to do so by virtue of the foregoing provisions of this Article.

  • At Authority’s discretion, at least one hundred and twenty (120) days before the expiration or early termination of the Term as provided herein, Company will conduct an environmental inspection and examination of the Company Premises.


More Definitions of Company Premises

Company Premises means real property in which (a) the Company, (b) any Subsidiary of any person referred to in clause (a) of this definition or (c) any person which has at any time been a Subsidiary of any person referred to in clause (a) of this definition at any time has or ever had any direct or indirect interest, including, without limitation, ownership thereof, or any arrangement for the lease, rental or other use thereof, or the retention or claim of any mortgage or security interest therein or thereon.
Company Premises as used in this policy includes all property, facilities, land, buildings, structures, automobiles, trucks, and other vehicles owned, leased or used by the company. Construction job sites for which the company has responsibility are included.  Prohibited Items and Substances- Prohibited substances include illegal drugs (including controlled substances, look a like drugs, and designer drugs) alcoholic beverages, and drug paraphernalia in the possession of or being used by an employee on the job.  Employee- Individuals who perform work for the signatory employers, but are not limited to, management, supervision, engineering, craftworkers, and clerical personnel.  Accident- Any event resulting in injury to a person or property to which an employee, or contractor / contractor’s employee, contributed as a direct or indirect cause.  Incident- An event which has all the attributes of an accident, except that no harm was caused to person or property.  Reasonable Suspicion- A belief based on specific facts and rational inferences drawn from these facts sufficient to lead someone to suspect that the person is using drugs or alcohol. Such facts shall include excessive tardiness, excessive absenteeism, and erratic behavior such as noticeable imbalance, incoherence, and disorientation.
