Dental Benefit Plan. All full-time employees and eligible dependents shall be provided with a dental program, paid by the Employer, with benefits which pay one hundred percent (100%) of Class I benefits (two cleanings and one set of x-rays per year) per year. All other dental fees, including orthodontics, will be reimbursed at the rate of fifty percent (50%). The maximum dental benefit shall be $2,500. Only one annual family maximum will apply if both members of the household are eligible to participate in the County Dental Plan.

Reimbursement of fifty percent (50%) of reasonable and customary charges as determined by a licensed dentist or physician for services or supplies to a maximum of $2,500 per family per calendar year. Class I benefits (two cleanings and one set of x-rays annually per participant) will be reimbursed at 100% of reasonable and customary charges subject to the annual maximum. The benefits shall include an Orthodontic rider. Dental expenses which are the result of an accidental injury, which is covered in whole or in part by any other benefit plan offered by the County, are excluded from this coverage. Only one annual family maximum will apply if both members of the household are eligible to participate in the County Dental Plan.
