Group Dental. The District shall provide unit members working twenty (20) hours or more per week with Delta Dental Care Program. Effective July 1, 2008, the District shall provide increase general dental coverage in the amount of $2000 for those who select the Delta Dental Preferred dental option. The District shall also increase orthodontia to $750 lifetime for each bargaining unit member and covered dependents.
Group Dental. The board will provide for employees working at least 20 hours, but less than 30 hours, and their eligible dependents, MESSA Delta Dental with orthodontic rider with suffix coordination (75/75/75/1000).
Group Dental. 1. The Board shall provide dental insurance with single or family coverage at the unit member's discretion for unit members.
Group Dental. Blue Cross Full-Service Dental with Riders A and C. Dependents will be eligible for coverage up to age 26.
Group Dental. (a) The Borough will provide dental insurance coverage as is currently provided through the Southern New Jersey Employee Benefits Plan, described as 100% preventative, 80% diagnostic & restorative, and 50% major coverage, through 3/31/98. As soon as is practicable after that date, coverage will be improved to provide 100% preventative, 100% diagnostic & restorative, and 80% major coverage in the current plan.
Group Dental. The District shall provide unit members who are eligible for health benefits from the District with Delta Dental Care Program, #652. The District shall provide general dental coverage in the amount of $2000 for those who select the Delta Dental preferred dentist option. Those who do not select the Delta Dental preferred dentist option shall continue to receive $1500 in coverage. The District shall provide orthodontia to $750 lifetime for each bargaining unit member and covered dependents as soon as administratively available.
Group Dental. NCRFA shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums for eligible enrolled employees, and ninety percent (90%) for their eligible dependents.
Group Dental. I I Basic Dentistry: The plan will pay 70% of eligible expenses and will increase 10% each calendar year (to 100%) provided the insured visits a dentist and completes all recommended basic services each year. Major Dentistry: Includes inlays, crams, bridges, full and partial dentures. The plan will pay 80% of the eligible expenses incurred by the participant. I
Group Dental. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums for eligible enrolled employees and their dependents for coverage under the AWC Group Dental Care Plan during the term of this agreement.
