Group Dental Clause Examples

The Group Dental clause defines the terms and conditions under which dental insurance coverage is provided to a group, typically employees of a company or members of an organization. It outlines eligibility requirements, the scope of covered dental services, and any limitations or exclusions that apply to the group plan. For example, it may specify which dental procedures are included, waiting periods for certain treatments, and the process for enrolling new members. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties understand the extent and limitations of dental benefits available under the group policy, thereby reducing misunderstandings and clarifying coverage obligations.
