Construction Phase Assistance. The CONSULTANT shall provide Construction Phase Assistance as requested by City not to exceed the amount of $5,000. The CONSULTANT will not provide resident representation on the construction site.
Construction Phase Assistance. AECOM will assist the GLO with preparing an NTP and transmitting necessary documents needed by the Contractor to commence mobilization. This could include items such as final copies of plans and specifications and other supporting design documents and files as requested and approved by the GLO. AECOM will participate in a pre-construction conference and weekly site visits/construction progress meetings for the duration of construction (estimated at up to four (4) site visits). AECOM will: • Assist the GLO in conducting the pre-construction conference and routine construction progress meetings. AECOM will prepare and distribute records of the meetings. • Receive, track, coordinate, and respond to Contractor submittals required by the Contract Documents. • Perform inspections during the first two days and on a weekly basis thereafter of the construction site, including observing and reporting on field compliance with Contract Documents and environmental requirements. Initial inspections will include engineer and scientist for FEMA compliance. • Review Contractor daily progress diary to record work performed. Daily construction activities and significant job events will be summarized in a weekly report to the GLO. • Prepare and distribute, as required, weekly status reports to include budget information, current estimates of Construction Cost and schedule, obligations and action items required, status of change orders, anticipated change orders, expenditures and estimated cost at completion, Contractor payment reports, and other information necessary to define the current status of work. • Verify the Contractor's pay requests and make recommendations to the GLO regarding payment of periodic and final requests for payment. • Discuss design clarifications and recommendations with the GLO to resolve field issues relating to the construction. Evaluate proposals by the Contractor in response to such requests. • Receive, track, coordinate, and respond to requests for information (RFIs) from the Contractor. • Prepare and recommend construction contract change orders. Maintain a record of field orders, directives, time extensions, and RFI, proposals, and change orders. • Coordinate or monitor compliance of the Contractor regarding required permits and relevant laws. • Attend and participate with the GLO and the construction Contractor in routine meetings and inspections as set forth in the construction documents and special meetings when reasonably requested by the G...
Construction Phase Assistance. The task will include providing support during the construction phase of the project to respond to Contractor's RFl's and to prepare final as-builts with CAD files. These will be provided on a time and material basis. We have included 30 hours to respond to landscape & irrigation RFl's and 30 hours to respond to civil related RFl 's. Stantec will not exceed the allocated hours without prior budget authorization from the city. We have assumed no site visits or meeting attendance under this task.   • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Preconstruction Phase Services Preconstruction Phase Services shall mean all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals, including such similar services as are described in the Construction Manager at Risk’s Response to the Request for Proposals to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Early Work shall be considered part of Construction Phase Services.

  • Construction Development of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan/demarcation-cum-zoning/sanctioned plans, / site plan / building plan, specifications, amenities and facilities, etc. depicted in the advertisement / brochure / agreement / website (as the case may be) regarding the Project where the Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking is located and has accepted the floor / site plan, Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities, facilities, etc. [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

  • Construction Phase Payments 10.3.1 Payments for Construction Phase Services shall be made as provided for in the UGSC and Owner’s Specifications. All payment requests shall be submitted through e- Builder® with a Schedule of Values and include all required attachments. Payment for approved Change Orders shall be made as part of Contractor’s Application for Payment. Failure to submit a Prime Contractor Progress Assessment Report form with each Application for Payment will cause rejection of the application by Owner and its return to Contractor.

  • Preconstruction Phase The Preconstruction Phase shall mean the period commencing on the date of this CM/GC Contract and ending upon commencement of the Construction Phase; provided that if the Owner and CM/GC agree, the Construction Phase may commence before the Preconstruction Phase is completed, in which case both phases shall proceed concurrently, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.

  • CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION Construction of academic or residential buildings on the UC Berkeley campus may be scheduled for the term of this Lease in the vicinity of the apartments. Capital improvement and other major housing construction or repair projects will necessarily cause increased noise and dust in affected and nearby residences at certain times. There is the possibility of both planned and unplanned utility shutdowns and access to certain facilities, streets, parking lots, walking, and bike pathways may be limited, rerouted, or completely restricted. The University will work with building contractors to make every effort to minimize construction inconveniences. By agreeing to this Lease Agreement, the Resident acknowledges notice of the possibility of scheduled construction and access limitations, and acknowledges that there will be disturbances, disruptions, and inconveniences resulting from such constructions and has agreed to such. The Resident also acknowledges that increased noise, dust, potential reassignment, or loss of parking spaces related to construction or renovation are not grounds for cancellation or termination of this Lease.
