Construction Documentation definition

Construction Documentation means graphic representations, plans, sections, elevations, site plans, specifications, construction details, service co-ordination information, schedules and such other documentation, details and descriptions as are within the reasonable competence of an architect which are sufficient to indicate and specify the scope of the works.
Construction Documentation means all Design Documentation, AFC Documents, and all shop drawings, working drawings, fabrication plans, material and hardware descriptions, specifications, construction quality control reports, construction quality assurance reports and samples necessary for construction of the TTMS Project included in the TTMS Work in accordance with the Agreement (including the Technical Requirements).
Construction Documentation means collective reference to the Construction Schedule, Plans and Specifications, Loan Construction Budget, Project Development Budget, General Contractor's Agreement and Architect's Contract and all other contracts and agreements relating to the construction of the Project, together with all amendments, revisions and modifications thereto, which are first approved by Agent Bank.

More Definitions of Construction Documentation

Construction Documentation means building contracts relating to the Properties: (i) in respect of which a certificate of practical completion was issued in the last three years immediately prior to the date of this Agreement; and/or (ii) relating to works in progress and “Relevant Claim” shall mean a written claim the value of which is in excess of €250,000.
