Construction Documentation definition

Construction Documentation means graphic representations, plans, sections, elevations, site plans, specifications, construction details, service co-ordination information, schedules and such other details and descriptions as are within the reasonable competence of an Architectural Professional which are sufficient to indicate the scope of the Works.
Construction Documentation means all Design Documentation, AFC Documents, and all shop drawings, working drawings, fabrication plans, material and hardware descriptions, specifications, construction quality control reports, construction quality assurance reports and samples necessary for construction of the TTMS Project included in the TTMS Work in accordance with the Agreement (including the Technical Requirements).
Construction Documentation means building contracts relating to the Property (i) in respect of which a certificate of practical completion has been issued during the Seller’s ownership of the Property and/or (ii) relating to works in progress and “Relevant Claim” shall mean a written claim the value of which is in excess of £100,000 and which is not reflected in the sums specified on the list attached at schedule 6.

Construction Documentation means, with respect to each Approved Project, all Design Documentation and all shop drawings, As-Built Drawings, working drawings, fabrication plans, material and hardware descriptions, specifications, construction quality control reports, construction quality assurance reports and samples necessary for construction of an Approved Project in accordance with this Agreement.
