Project Construction definition

Project Construction means the design, development, acquisition, construction, installation, equipping and placing into service of the Project, including, without limitation, the design and construction of all Improvements and the acquisition, installation and testing of all Equipment.
Project Construction means the construction of the Project contemplated under the Approved Plans and Specifications, and all work related thereto.
Project Construction or “construction” means any ground-disturbing activity, including but not limited to construction work, site mobilization, fence construction, or any desert tortoise translocation activities.

  • Report the quantities of reused or recycled materials either incorporated in the project or diverted from landfills and any practice that minimizes the environmental impact on the project annually on the Project Construction Reuse and Recycling Reporting Form.
