The GMP Proposal shall include, without limitation, a breakdown of Contractor’s estimated General Conditions Costs in a format as indicated in Exhibit D and estimated Cost of the Work organized by trade and MasterFormat 2012; contingency amounts; the Construction Phase Fee; and the proposed Contract Time, including dates for Notice to Proceed, Substantial Completion and Final Completion.
If the Owner agrees to an increase or decrease in the Guaranteed Maximum Price, the Construction Phase Fee shall be equitably adjusted.
