Initial Inspections Clause Samples
The Initial Inspections clause establishes the right and process for one or both parties to examine a property, goods, or worksite at the outset of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines when and how inspections should occur, who may be present, and what aspects are subject to review, such as the condition of real estate before a lease or the quality of goods before acceptance. Its core function is to ensure transparency and allow parties to identify any issues or discrepancies early, thereby reducing the risk of disputes later in the contractual relationship.
