Preconstruction Phase Services means that part of the Work required to be performed during Preconstruction Phase in accordance with this Agreement, including any tasks required by any direction of the City Representative given or purported to be given under a provision of this Agreement, including any Change Order.

Preconstruction Phase Services means all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals supporting this CM/GC Contract, including such similar services as are described in the CM/GC's Proposal in response to the RFP, to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Any Early Work shall be considered part of the Construction Phase Services.

Preconstruction Phase Services means all services described in Section 2.1 which will be performed prior to the start of the Construction Phase. Preconstruction Phase Services Fee means the fee agreed on by the Owner and CM/GC to perform the Preconstruction Phase Services described in Section 2.1.
