Project Company may implement pre-finish repairs to permit continuing traffic through the Construction Phase, with final or topping repairs to be implemented upon completion of Construction Phase.
The Construction Phase will commence with the award of the Construction Contract to Contractor(s) and terminates upon satisfactory performance and completion of all tasks in this phase and commencement of the Closeout Phase or upon the DISTRICT’s terminating the AGREEMENT, whichever is earlier.
