Construction Phase definition

Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.
Construction Phase means the period commencing upon the receipt of the FERC Authorization or such other date to which the Parties shall mutually agree in writing, and ending on the day immediately preceding the Commercial Operation Date or upon the earlier termination of this Agreement pursuant to its terms (regardless of whether or not any such day is a Business Day).
Construction Phase means the period set forth in the Schedule beginning with the issuance of the Construction Notice to Proceed and ending on the date of Final Completion of the Project.
