Construction Phase definition

Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.
Construction Phase means the period commencing upon the receipt of the FERC Authorization or such other date to which the Parties shall mutually agree in writing, and ending on the day immediately preceding the Commercial Operation Date or upon the earlier termination of this Agreement pursuant to its terms (regardless of whether or not any such day is a Business Day).
Construction Phase is defined as including the following subphases: Construction Administration, Closeout and Warranty, and may include some activities that occur after Final Completion.

Construction Phase means that period necessary to construct, alter, abandon, or remove a system in accordance with the terms and conditions of an individual permit.
