Communication Management. Communication management must be identified early in the life of the project and discussed with the Client as to who shall be responsible for liaising with which party and to define the limits or authority that either party has to speak for or commit the other.

Communication Management. Contractor will develop a communication management plan that includes planning, meeting and management activities for preparation, distribution, storing and disposition of project documentation. Communication management also includes the activities taking place within the project to assure that all Project stakeholders are aware of all Project related issues at all times.
Communication Management. A web-based project management tool (document repository, meetings management, address book, calendar etc.) will be made available by ABIS in order to store the documents exchanged between partners and share project information. Urgent correspondence over e-mail will be sent with a request for explicit acknowledgement. The basis of the project communication lays upon the adoption of mailing lists mainly one for technical and business development matters and a closed one for administration and evaluation purposes. Sub lists will also be incorporated in the communication procedure to enhance WP operation and to address specific project related issues.
Communication Management. As part of the overall project management plan, AssetWorks will provide a communication management plan, which will include guidance on the most adequate forms of communications for the project team, this will include protocols for use of email, meeting, and verbal communications. It will define the schedule for the regular status meeting and check-ins. Typically, AssetWorks and regular weekly status check-in meeting for the project management team, as well as regular formal status meeting.

Communication Management. To ensure that communications on a project are clear, concise, relevant and timely, creation of a detailed Communications Plan is required. The Communications Plan describes the information that must be disseminated to all of the project stakeholders to keep them regularly informed of the project's progress. Communication Management. City and Unisys shall establish a communication management framework within the governance organization that includes the following processes: • User/Employee communication management • Communication management • Third party supplier communication At a minimum, these processes must define how to: • Report and communicate success stories to key stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner. • Measure stakeholder satisfaction. • Prepare and deliver bi-directional communications between City and Unisys. • Communicate expectations and standards with third party vendors. • Address communications requests from external parties.

Resources developed as part of the communication plan will be provided to all project staff in order to 1) maximize dissemination of consistent key messages and 2) develop a shared understanding of the way forward internally among CHC staff and externally with clients. If informal communication needs to be formalized it will be done in consultation with staff members above to ensure a consistent and planned approach for managing the communication. Consideration and reflection of the communication plan will be undertaken in quarterly review Liaison Team meetings and by the MER Unit.
