Procedure Manual means the University’s Procedure Manual for Professional Architectural/Engineering Services for UMB Construction and UMB Service Center Projects, as amended from time to time.

Procedure Manual means the document, prepared by GE and approved by Copa, based upon the requirements of this Agreement which provides detailed procedures and guidance for the administration of the MCPH Program. In case of conflict between the Procedure Manual and the Agreement, the Agreement will prevail.
