Project Management Team. Owner and the Design-Builder shall each identify key members from their teams to form the Project Management Team (“PMT”). The PMT will work together in a collaborative manner to provide management-level leadership throughout the Project. The intent of the PMT will be to make as many project decisions that are needed to successfully complete the Work of the Project. Each member shall be identified in the Work Plan. A replacement of, or additional PMT, members may be appointed by providing written notice, and mutual acceptance, to the other party. The PMT works under the guidance and oversight of the PEC. The PMT reports progress and seeks approval, as necessary, of design, cost, and schedule changes.

Project Management Team. The Project Management Team includes representatives of the Owner, Prime Consultant, and General Contractor. The PMT provides management-level guidance for collaborative planning, design, and construction of the Project to achieve the Project Objective. The PMT is responsible for all Project progress and for developing benchmarks, metrics, or standards for progress evaluation. The PMT will provide for appropriate representation of all of the interests of the ICL participants at the PMT level.

Project Management Team. In order to achieve the objectives of the Collaborative Research, during the Research Term and any Extended Research Term, if applicable, Receptos and ONO shall form a project management team (“PMT”), which is comprised of members who are engaged in the Collaborative Research at ONO or at Receptos to coordinate day-to-day research activities in the Research Plan and communications between the Parties, provided that the PMT shall not have the right to alter the rights or obligations of the Parties under this Agreement. Project Management Team. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will provide project management services continuously throughout the course of the project and shall communicate progress and recommendations to the designated City Project Manager in an efficient and time responsive manner. The Downtown Parking Comprehensive Parking Study is scheduled to be complete in approximately six months. Parking Study Team Working closely with the Xxxxxx-Xxxx team will be the Parking Study Team (PST), which will be appointed by Durham’s Director of Transportation. The City will designate a primary point of contact for the PST. This contact will be Xxxxxx-Xxxx’x liaison for the purpose of communication, scheduling meetings, etc. during the project. The City will provide Xxxxxx-Xxxx with the names and contact information for all members of the PST prior to the initial kick-off meeting. A stakeholder group of Downtown developers, businesses, parking operators, theater owners, residents, etc. will be formed to offer input to the Xxxxxx-Xxxx and the PST at appropriate times during the study. The City will be responsible for identifying the members of the stakeholder group, briefing them on the purpose of the study and inviting them to the first stakeholder meeting. The City will provide Xxxxxx-Xxxx with the names and contact information for the members of the stakeholder group prior to the initial kick-off meeting.
Project Management Team. In any CBM Field within the Contract Area where CUCBM has a participating interest in the development of the said Field, a project management team (hereafter referred to as "PMT") shall be established for the development of such CBM Field in the organization of the Operator within thirty (30) days from the date of approval of the Overall Development Program for the said Field. All subsequent CBM Fields within the Contract Area in which CUCBM has a participating interest shall be developed by a PMT. PMT shall comprise those personnel designated by the Parties and the number of CUCBM's personnel shall be no less than one third (1/3) of the total number of personnel within PMT. The Contractor shall designate a person acting as the manager of PMT, and CUCBM shall designate a person acting as the deputy manager of PMT. PMT shall be located at the Operator's office within the Chinese territory or as determined by JMC. The working location(s) of the members of PMT shall be decided according to the need of the work. The specific organization, staffing and working system of PMT and responsibilities and competence of various positions, including those of CUCBM's personnel assigned to PMT, shall be determined by the Parties through consultation prior to the approval of the Overall Development Program for the said CBM Field. The PMT shall exist for the period of the development of said CBM Field.

All costs for PMT shall be borne by the Operator, and shall be charged to the Development Costs.
Project Management Team. 3.1.1. The Project Management Team will be established by the Bank and will be located at the Bank within the Financial and Private Sector Development Vice-Presidency. It will be headed by an infoDev senior staff who will be assisted by suitably qualified and experienced staff in adequate numbers. The Project Management Team will be responsible for, inter alia: (i) preparing annual work plans (together with a budget and financing plans) for endorsement by the Steering Committee; (ii) appraising Recipient-executed Projects proposed for financing out of Trust Fund proceeds; (iii) supervising and reporting on the progress of Recipient-executed Projects; (iv) reporting on Bank-executed Activities; and (v) monitoring and evaluating the Trust Fund.
